I am counselor with a private practice in Philadelphia whose specialties include dreamwork, meditation instruction, addictions, and mindfulness-related proficiencies (CBT, ACT, etc.) for addressing common psychological disorders. My background in mystical seeking and as a religion professor allow me to impart concrete philosophical understandings, as well as all the techniques, involved in addressing anxiety-, depression-, and adjustment-related problems, along with life-direction and spirituality issues. BUT DREAMWORK IS MY FAVORITE THING TO DO!

By way of brief background, to supplement what’s in my resume, after some powerful meditation experiences, I visited a lot of religious sites in India and other parts of the world–Hindu, Buddhist, Sufi/Islamic, Sikh etc.–spent time with lots of teachers, found a primary Guru, and had my dream life take off after my major initiation. I began getting guidance, sometimes from deities and well-known deceased teachers. The small self ceased making any major decisions! An minor epiphany I had after teaching a class one day led me to write my book, Universal Spiritual Philosophy and Practice: an Informal Textbook for Discerning Seekers. I no longer work as a Professor, but continue to teach noncredit courses in popular religion and spirituality.
