What is Healerly
Healerly is the world’s largest holistic healing marketplace to find and offer healing service. Healerly is one stop-shop for all healing needs.
You can talk to healer about your problems and book a session. You can also pay healer right on the website via Instant Booking feature.
Healerly provides free resources like Video Courses, E-Books, Podcast, Blog to help you learn & grow.
how to contact a healer
You have options to use the private messaging system that Healerly provides. Simply go to seller profile and find Send Message option. Simply type your message and send to a Healer. If for any reason Healer asks you to connect outside Healerly platform please do not do so. Strictly communicate via Healerly so we can help you when there is a issue with the service or refund. We cannot help you if you communicate outside of the platform.
Register as a user
To register an account on Healerly, all you need to do is click on the Sign In button and choose Register – User.
Once you’re a user on Healerly, you can:
- see seller’s contact details
- message seller through the private messaging system
- bookmark listings
- write reviews
WRITING A REVIEW
To write a review simply go to sellers profile and find review section, complete writing your review about your experience with the seller.
We encourage you to leave a helpful review whether you are happy with your experience or otherwise. Be mindful when leaving a review and give suggestions on how to improve. Help others to improve.
HOW TO BROWSE LISTING
Browsing Listing on Healerly is straightforward. Just type your service name in search bar on homepage banner and click search. You can filter and search based on the categories as well.
REFUND
The refund and policy is subjected to sellers. Make sure you ask seller about refund policy and communicate this clearly before transaction. Healerly does not provide refunds and returns for orders made between buyers and sellers.
If seller does not deliver services then please connect – hello@healerly.com and report. We will get in touch with your seller and ask them to render service.
HOW TO BOOK SERVICE
When you find something you would like to book, click on the listing and send a message to the Healer. Communicate with the Healer on questions you may have and book services via Instant Booking feature on seller’s profile. If some Healer don’t have booking feature ask them to activate it and only pay via Healerly booking feature.
If you pay outside Healerly platform we are not responsible for any problems you may have with the service. So strictly book service via Healerly.
REPORTING A FRAUD
If you see listings that could potentially be a fraud or is not ethical, please contact us through the contact form or email us at hello@healerly.com
If you bought something that was not delivered as promised or if you face any problems with the seller, please let us know so we can take action. accordingly.
HOW TO CONTACT HEALERLY
You can simply chat with us by clicking chat icon. Just type your message and a live person from Healerly team will help you instantly. If we are offline in chat simply leave your email so we can connect with you when we come back online.

Sellers FAQs
How to register as a seller
To sign up as a seller, click on the Sign In button and click on Register tab. Once you’re in the Register tab, you will see two more tabs below – User / Healer. Click on the Healer tab to create a Healer account.
If you accidentally created an account as a user, don’t worry. You can easily change role to Healer in your profile. The section below explains how to change role from user to healer.
Once you have created a Healer account, you can click on the (Add Listing) button on top right corner to create your first listing.
Listing description
Make sure to provide a detailed description of the services that you are listing along with any instructions. Example – If you want seller to contact you before booking to check on time slot please write it clearly so user knows what needs to be done.
Make sure to add many images, introduction video (just add a youtube link), time-slots, activate contact widget, activate instant booking widget, list your services with prices, add coupon, add your payment details in Wallet (This will be used to pay you when a user books your services).

Change role to a healer
To change role from User to Healer, go to My Account and click on My Profile. Below your Avatar, you will see a switch labelled – Change your role. Click on it and choose Healer.
Once you become a Healer, you can start to add listings to sell your service. To add a listing, click on the Add a Listing button on the top right corner of the website. Happy listing!
listing photos
When taking photos for your listing, make sure there is plenty of natural sunlight around. Places near the window would be a great place to start with. Make sure the photos are not blurry or shaky. Taking a few angles would help buyers to visualise your products or service better. Recommended size is 1024 x 1024px.
Make sure your product photos are free of text, logo, labels, watermark or any graphic elements.
You can add up to 10 listing photos.
set up a profile
A detailed and professional looking profile can boost your sales. Make sure you fill up all the empty fields when creating a profile and set a profile photo that shows your face clearly.
message notifications
When someone sends you a message through our private messaging system, you will receive an email notification. To reply or check for messages, go to Your Account – Messages.

Listing Limit
We do not limit the number of listing you can add. In fact, we encourage that you add more.
However we encourage to add new unique listings. Please do not duplicate or try to add same listing we will remove it. Every listing has to be unique and for different events or occasions.
dashboard
You can access your dashboard to manage your listings, payments, messages, profile details, listing analytics, bookings, reviews & coupons.
Simply click on dashboard from myaccount drop-down after sign-in to your account to access dashboard.
Add Listing
If you want to add more listing, simply click on Add Listing button on top right corner or under listing section of dashboard after you are logged in to your account.
Coupon
Coupons are great ways to drive sale. Any discounts on services like 5% or 15% off or even providing initial free consultation can help you gain trust of a customer.
You can can add coupons to all your listings and also manage coupons later via MyCoupons from your dashboard.

When any user book your services from your profile you must check your email notifications. Healerly will send you email about booking details and please accept or reject booking as soon as possible.
If you accept booking and please reach out to customer to verify if they already paid for the service and if so please render service to customer promptly.
In order to manager your bookings, simply login to your account and access mybookings from your dashboard. You can approve/decline bookings as you like.
