The Zulu expression of love for another is “I see you.”  Being seen for who we truly are in a safe, intentional setting promotes calm and leads to lasting recovery and healing.

What to expect from a session

As a certified Reiki Master, I relay to clients the visual and textural nature of the energies at work in their body. For example, past experiences and the beliefs that stem from them can get “stuck” in the body and manifest as discomfort, like stiffness or pain. By communicating and exchanging information throughout the session, my clients and I can shed light on root causes and discover ways to alleviate them together.

At times I am presented with visually rich images which are best explained in drawings that I’ll use as part of the healing process.

Ancestral influences such as protection or guidance can come through in symbolic messages and even physical sensation. Clients typically notice their mind calming and can also feel immediate relief around physical symptoms.

Where appropriate, I will leave clients with simple rituals or meditations that they can practice on their own to continue the work.
