I offer Light and Love Energy Healing…I listen to your story. We then chat about the chakras symbolically from the bottom up: fears, shame, guilt, anger and resentments etc. then do the reiki/energy work portion. I add praying in tongues on top of the Reiki, as a sound healing tool that separates me from my ego. It’s you doing your own spiritual clearing and I just help facilitate to help you remember your Sat Nam (Sat=True/Truth Nam=Name/Identity which is a part of everything) and your power to self-heal & change your story~Sat Nam 💜 🙏🏽
