My name is Yogi Sanji (Sanjivana), and my expertise is meditation and spiritual mentoring. I was a monk for over 20 years and I have extensive experience teaching meditation to individuals and large groups. Meditation is my passion, interest, and life.
I will be able to help and guide you from shallow to depths of meditation, realization and life transformation.
I will help relieving stress, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, negative thought patterns, insomnia, lack of focus, low self-esteem, burnout, mental and physical difficulties; I will bring peace, happiness, harmony, productivity, clarity, balance, mindfulness, emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a sense of purpose into your day-to-day life
I have great English and communication skills. With the required technology skills regarding computer and online connection. I have conducted multiple interviews and programs with groups, individuals and audiences, I was blessed to be in many life-changing situations and in which were a few life-saving situations.
I would like to share and help people as much as possible with the experience gathered throughout the years of hard work and many hours of day and night practice.
I work honestly and hard to help to my highest capability. I like working with teams of similar interests or individually.
