I´m holding a safe, empathic and judgment free space for you that encourages self-reflection and curiosity. I gently guide you through a process that helps you become aware of unhelpful conditioning, emotions, beliefs and patterns. Resolving issues at the deepest level will create long-lasting change in your emotional world, behavior and relationships and empowers you to live authentically and deliberately.
I truly believe that in order to change our experiences and the world around us we need to start within ourselves. Thus, the modalities I´m applying work on a holistic level and create long-lasting change within you. They take body and mind into consideration, focus on releasing the root cause of distress and are effective in supporting your wellbeing in almost any situation.
EFT Tapping:
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is also know as EFT tapping. It is a mind-body approach which helps us to improve our physical, emotional and mental well-being. By releasing old patterns, beliefs, and emotions it allows us to experience long-lasting personal transformation.
EFT tapping is a way to take the emotional charge off our memories and experiences. Changing the past is impossible. But we can release the emotions and disruptions in our mind-body system that are connected to past stressful and negative experiences.
As a result, we feel more free and empowered. We are able to look at our past in a more neutral way and can create a life independent from our so-called negative stories of the past.
EFT belongs to the field of energy psychology (also known as cognitive somatic practices). It is a gentle, yet powerful approach to regulating our nervous system and our emotions. It releases stuck energy, reduces our overall stress level, and releases conscious and unconscious blocks from our mind-body system.
It is a highly effective tool to treat anxieties, fears, trauma, and more: a mindful and gentle approach to transform any issues blocking you from creating inner balance and peace.
