What a typical session looks like:
1. As your regression therapist, I create a welcoming atmosphere, providing a calm and inviting
space for our session. We begin by discussing your goals, whether addressing specific issues,
uncovering hidden memories, or gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. This initial
conversation sets the stage for a personalized experience.
2. To facilitate a focused state of mind, I guide you through relaxation techniques such as deep
breathing, yoga nidra, or guided imagery.
3. Once in a relaxed state, I gently lead you to revisit specific memories from your past – be
it childhood experiences, significant life events, or even past lives, depending on the goals
we’ve set.
4. Throughout the exploration, I act as your supportive guide, encouraging reflection as you
uncover emotions, insights, and patterns contributing to your present experiences. The session
focuses on understanding and resolving unresolved emotions or issues, promoting emotional
release, clarity, and healing.
5. As the session concludes, I guide you back to the present moment, assisting you in integrating
the insights gained from the regression experience. We then engage in a post-session discussion,
reflecting on the experience.
